Description
The main objectives are: i) to construct a probablistic knowledge graph (KG) for respiratory diseases, by extending the KG developed by UIR on asthma [Ref1]; and ii) to develop novel techniques for KG completion, with a focus of the negative sample-free approach [Ref2]. The KG will then be used to build a recommender system for the management of respiratory diseases. This work is part of the i-Respire project (funded by OCP and CNRST) which is coordinated by UIR and carried out in partnership with Ibn Sina University Hospital.
